BLANCHARD: Robert Scott- With sadness we announce the passing of Rob Blanchard on May 4th in Toronto. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Jeannine. Survived by his sisters Shirley, Judy, Carol, Patti, Lorraine and their families. Predeceased by his brother Bruce. Rob will be remembered by his special daughter Tara. As per Robs wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
