Loved father of Jennifer (Leroy), and Wayne (Samantha).Cherished grandpa of Riley and Shelby. Survived by his brother John Leslie and sister Jackie Eden. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Helen, and his siblings Lorraine, Joyce, Vera, Audrey. Howard leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law’s and extended family. Family and friends will be received at the Mangan Funeral Home, Beaverton on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 7-9 P.M and on Wednesday August 30, 2017 from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 2 PM.
