Condolences

Condolence From: Carol Ann Speight
Condolence: Mr. Brown & Family...Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your Wife & Mother, Audrey. Mrs. Brown taught me at S.S.#4 on Church Street, and later at Lincoln Avenue Public in Pickering. I could never quite figure out how she could stand at the blackboard writing out an exercise and someone would be chattering behind her back and she could toss a piece of chalk over her shoulder and "nail that kid" OR at the very least scare the heck outta the culpert ! AND I am so glad that a few years ago when I was trying to get a reunion together for our grade 8 class ...( taught by Mr. Doble & Mrs. Barklay),...that I searched out your phone number and had the chance to speak with both of you. My sincere thoughts & prayers are sent to all of you..... Yours Truly, Carol Ann (Brunton) Speight, Richmond Hill.

Condolence: Mr. Brown, Doug and Nancy, So sorry to hear of Mrs. Brown's passing. When I heard about it, while saddened, it also brought back so many great memories of hockey, farming, Pickering High School (and football games), and your house that we visited so often in the Village when our parents dropped in for a social visit - with kids in tow! We always enjoyed visiting the Browns, and Mrs. Brown always made sure we were treated to a goodie or two. May the memories last a lifetime and help you through this difficult time.

Condolence: Condolences Nancy, Mike and family on your loss. Recently a friend confided to me that the longer he lives the more he realizes that the best decision he ever made was when he "picked " his parents. From reading the messages and knowing you and your family it is so clear that you picked your parents very wisely. Keeping you in our thoughts at this time. God Bless Carl and Kathryn
