Putkonen: Ossi Kalevi: -July 21, 1939-May 5, 2018 Ossi Putkonen of Beaverton, Ontario passed away at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on May 5, 2018. He was 78 years old, born in Lappeenranta Finland. Beloved husband of 29 years to Maija (Ollikainen). Stepfather of Vi Kuusisto (Schultz) of Port Hardy B.C. Proud step-grandfather to Lucas Fairs (Dawn Yow). Loving papa to Raspberry, Ares, and Leni Yow-Fairs of Liverpool U.K. Brother to Ismo (Anja) Putkonen of Lappenranta Finland. Brother-in-law to Eeva Heikurinen, Anne and Jane Ollikainen. Uncle to many step nieces, nephews, and friend to many in Canada and U.S.A. Cremation has taken place. As per his request there will be no funeral. Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Suomi Koti, 795 Eglinton ave.
