Mom passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. Born in Brechin, Ontario to Philip & Rosetta (Flannery) Scott. Married in Beaverton at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church to Donald Eric Mitchell Oct. 29th, 1949.Mom’s life was spent spreading love amongst her family, her friends, her neighbors, the people she cared for during her working years. She will be remembered as a selfless woman, a woman who could put others needs first, a woman who never regretted these choices. Greatly missed by children: Sharon (Norm, Predeceased) Whitell, Wayne (Predeceased), Cecilia (Predeceased) Burton, Marylou (Randy) O’Connell, Donnie (Dianne), Kelly (Frank), Gord (Cindy) Hugs and Kisses from Grandchildren: Jamie (Predeceased), Russell (Moira) and Chris (Rebecca) Whitell, Johnny (Predeceased) and Billy (Michele) Mitchell, Brian (Laura) Burton, Bobby-Anne (Everet) Wilcox and Terry Lynn (Greg) Scarcella, Jeffery Mitchell (Predeceased). Hugs and Love from Great Grandchildren: Mathew, James and Grace Whitell, Mikhayla, Nathan and Adyson Whitell, Jackson and Jaycee Mitchell, Kylee and Samantha Burton and Olivia Scarcella. Siblings: Sadly missed by surviving sister Cecilia Prophet of Brechin. Predeceased by siblings Edward, Madeline Rapkoski, Annie Booth, Muriel Lynch, Mary Lynch, Philip, Rosella McElroy.
