Harriet was born in Minneopolis Mminnesota because most prairie women went home to their mother to have their babies. A homesteader and a farmer - my grandfather had lots on his hands with all that - a wife and a 2nd child on the way. At 3 months Harriet came home to Coleville Saskatchewan - and the family farm was always very importnat to her.Although her remaining family is still out west , she has been a central canadian girl for mpre than 60 of her 96 years. A determinded Prairie girl who hung on for so many reasons- many of wh ich we will never know. RIP Mom. We will certainly feel your spirit everyday of the rest of our lives. Lovingly Judy xox ( her youngest daughter)
