I grew up on Cadorna Avenue in the 1950s and 1960s and in the summer, Diane Paisnel, one of Kay's daughters, was in the group of friends I hung out with. I remember Kay letting the four (sometimes five of us - Marilyn Hadley, Jane Hancock and Sandra Evans were the others) set up our doll houses (small suitcases) in the backyard to play, and well, putting up with us. We were terrible, picking leaves for pretend food for our dolls. I reconnected with Diane some 13 years ago on the phone. And I remembered the late Albert Paisnell partly because he had the same first name as my dad. Sorry Diane, Marilyn and Norman for your loss.
